TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK!!!
A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops. ~Henry Brooks Adams
A Message from Mrs. Thompson
It is with mixed emotion that I inform the HH community that this will be my last year serving Hidden Hills. Hidden Hills has been a wonderful home for me over the last four years, and I am truly proud of all of the accomplishments achieved by this community of learners. I have formed wonderful connections over my years here - with parents, staff members and of course, our students. These, I will always treasure. Hidden Hills will forever hold a special place in my heart. I will be moving on as a Principal of a small elementary school in Martinez Unified School District. While I look forward to this professional opportunity, I will really miss my HH friends!
With warmth and endless appreciation,
Come to a Meet and Greet with Ms. Stibich!

Upcoming District Boundary Forums- First one tonight!
The San Ramon Valley Unified School District is hosting two meetings to collect input from the local community regarding attendance boundaries for its newest school. The new school in the Dougherty Valley area of east San Ramon will begin construction in June and is scheduled for completion in Spring, 2016. The new school will accommodate one of the last pockets of new housing built in the area and will help relieve and equalize enrollment at the other four elementary schools in the Dougherty Valley.
District staff recently presented a proposal to the Board of Education with suggested neighborhoods that would attend the new school. District staff will present similar information and collect input from the local community at two community meetings:
Tuesday, May 13, 7-8:30 PM at Live Oak Elementary School, 5151 Sherwood Way, San Ramon
Thursday, May 15, 7-8:30 PM at Quail Run Elementary School, 4000 Goldenbay Ave., San Ramon
While much of the student enrollment will come from the yet-to-be developed neighborhoods in the community, District staff is proposing moving a few neighborhoods within the Live Oak and Quail Run Elementary School attendance areas into the attendance boundary for the new school.
For a list of streets under consideration please click HERE or visit www.srvusd.net to view the April 22nd staff presentation to the Board of Education. Following the two community meetings, staff will collect the input and bring it to the Board of Education for further discussion. The District will hold the Board of Education discussion meetings at a school in the Dougherty Valley (dates/locations to be determined) as a convenience to parents.

Important News from Child Nutrition
The SRVUSD Child Nutrition Department will never deny a student meal as our students’ welfare is of utmost importance to us.
Please be sure there are sufficient funds in your Mealtime account in order for your student(s) to purchase meals for the remainder of the school year. Students may purchase meals using their Mealtime account or with cash. If your student is purchasing meals with cash and also has an outstanding balance, any monies remaining from the cash transaction will be applied to the negative balance.
E-mail notifications are being sent to all households that currently have a negative balance. Please ensure these accounts are paid in full no later than June 9th. If you are unable to resolve your outstanding balance in full at this time, please contact our office at (925) 824-1808 to make special arrangements.
We also want to remind you our district participates in the National Free and Reduced Lunch Program.
